Persistence pays....

We purchased the base and starter culture to make oat yoghurt. The product arrived almost as soon as we hit the 'buy now' button. Instructions were very clear. And while oat yoghurt wasn't expressly included in the enclosed booklet, we modified our approach to suit our needs. And after three attempts, we finally managed to cultivate a batch of pretty tasty oat yoghurt. We will now modify and enhance our processes using the base and starters until we have the perfect batch. Persistence pays. Thank you.

Satisfied customer

Happy with the product- yoghurt is firm using nuts and coconut with recipe from supplied booklet. Lacks tang but I am ok with that.

Plant based

Unfortunately, I haven’t had much success. I’ve tried two batches and been disappointed with both; not at all firm and really lacking a yogurt tang. I’ve used both batches in shakes so they haven’t gone to waste. I’ve tried different brands of soya milk each time and been very careful with the temperature. I’ll try again and next time I’ll give commercial yogurt a go as the starter.

Very easy to make

I have just started using the plant based yoghurt culture... I love coconut yoghurt and normally buy from the shop. This is a much better option as I know exactly what it in it.
