Yoghurt Flavour

I have to say I was disappointed with the flavour. I felt it was bland and had a metallic taste.

Best yoghurt

I've been making yoghurt using this culture for almost a year now, great option for me as I'm lactose intolerant and can use whatever milk I like. Using a small amount of yoghurt made from the first jar, I can make another jar and so on, up to 4 additonal jars from one culture so very economical. The first one I make using the culture is milder in flavour, with each subsequent jar being slightly more acidic. Beautiful tasting, smooth and creamy consistency. Delivery is super quick, easy to make, tastes better than any shop bought yoghurt and way cheaper, so I won't be going back to store bought yoghurt!

Delicious

I really enjoy this yogurt. It's delicious, great for my smoothies and porridge.
The culture has certainly helped my gut health. Easy to use, Have not yet had a failure with making the yogurt and have been using this culture for two years.
